Presspahn has an extensive range of machining services including, CNC Milling, CNC Routing, CNC Turning all programmed and controlled using the latest in 3D CAD and CAM software, supported by highly experienced engineers and NVQ trained operators we will ensure you receive high quality components regardless of volume. 

 Starting with your requirements which can be supplied in various formats starting with 3D STEP files, 2D DXF, DWG files, simple PDF’s or traditional beer mat drawings we can quickly convert this information to machining data using the latest in CAD CAM software. We can then draw from our extensive range of stock materials to ensure lead times meet the high expectations of our customers.

Using high speed, highly accurate and repeatable machining processes, developed in conjunction with internationally recognised standards and from years of experience in converting non-metallic materials, we are able to reduce machining time to keep costs low. Once machining is complete, parts are fully inspected with measuring equipment calibrated to national standards to further ensure accuracy and consistency.
